It has high natural whiteness and it’s noted for their ease of dispersion. Its use improves properties such as weather ability, reduces shrinkage, fissure development and water absorption.
Whiteness grade (90% to 99% depends on mesh size)
Applicable for
Paints, detergent, plastic, ceramic, rubber, leather, foam etc.
Calcite (calcium power)
Extremely suitable particle-size distribution to ensure better dispersion and excellent physical properties (e.g. increased impact strength) in various polymers/plastics application.
Whiteness grade (90% to 100% depends on mesh size)
Applicable for
Functional filler/additive in RPVCA pipes, Master batches, PP, HDPE, LDPE, ABS, Epoxy, PS and other polymer based compounds & as an extender in paints.
Silica Sand/Quartz
Silica, commonly known in the form of quartz, is the dioxide form of silicon, SiO2. It is usually used to manufacture glass, ceramics and abrasives, cement industry, followed by Ferro-alloys, Iron & Steel and Foundry Industry.
LIME
Lime is the versatile mineral. Various forms of lime are used in environmental, metallurgical, construction, and chemical/industrial applications, and more. The fastest growing use of lime is in environmental applications, where lime is used to comply with air, drinking water, wastewater, and solid waste regulations.
Mainly used for Wall Putty manufacturing.
Whiting Chalk
Whiting Powder is mainly used to act as a filler pigment to increase the overall coverage of whitewashes, paints, and coatings. The Whiting Chalk Powder is very smooth and fine. The white powder is a slightly abrasive compound, mainly composing calcium carbonate.
TALC POWDER
Its resistance to heat, electricity and acids make it an ideal surface for lab counter tops and electrical switchboards. Most people only know talc as the primary ingredient in talcum powder. It gives a soapy feel and pearly.
Whiteness grade (90% to 99% depends on mesh size)
Applicable for
As a filler in paper, rubber, foam and plastics.
In Talcum and face powders, ointments and pastes.
As an extender in paints.
For making soft pencils, for making glass, fabrics and metals.
In textile industry as an absorbing agent for bleaching cotton, removing grease spots etc.
To make high voltage insulators, glazes, acid and alkali proof vessels rain water piping etc.
In anti corrosion pigments.
As nucleating agent in production of Polymers.
Coated Mineral
To produce this coated filler, a solution of stearic acid is sprayed onto dry calcium carbonate. Then it is milled to get an even coating of the particles. The result is a beautiful, hydrophobic white filler ready for use in all sorts of plastic applications.
Calcium carbonate is the most widely used mineral in the paper, plastics, paints and coatings industries both as a filler – and due to its special white color – as a coating pigment.
China Clay
Kaolin, also called china clay, soft white clay that is an essential ingredient in the manufacture of china and porcelain and is widely used in the making of paper, rubber, paint, and many other products.
Marble Sand
Marble dust is a primary ingredient in acrylic gesso, a surface primer for canvases and other surfaces intended for painting. The dust is also used to make plasters such as Marmorino and Venetian plaster, as a filler in paint, or in frescoes to replace sand
Recycled marble powder is used as the supplementary cementitious material. The mix proportion is to be done to obtain a M40 grade concrete.
